And I must reimburse Vamps for the bottle of wine which *somehow* appeared on our table in the Beach House last night.

 

In RL we’ve got moussaka from Cook for tonight.  I’m not sure if Cook covers the whole country but they do very good frozen food in all sorts of styles.  Free delivery. Recommend

Tonight is Ken Hom night. So chicken and asparagus in oyster sauce with jasmine rice and a bottle of moscato. Scones with clotted cream and homemade raspberry jam.

They went through a phase of being awful but are now almost always choc

 - mint

 - lemon

 - coffee

 - Turkish delight

plus

 - tiny sponge madeleines 

 - nougat (for those with good teeth only)

 - others I’ve no doubt forgotten

You are right Sarah! I always take a few outfits in a larger size for the last few days of the cruise!

ah we don’t usually have coffee afterwards. I don’t even make it to cheese and biscuits sometimes. It’s hard for the kids sitting there so long, least it was last year when we went. 
 

maybe I will just ask them to fetch the mints. My kids love little things like that. They were always got so excited for the chocolate in the pillow.

they always were Eddie. For some reason they always seemed to pay special attention to us. Like when there were dolphin outside in the middle of dinner the waiter ran up to us. Then the head waiter came down after the main on the second night to see how everything went etc. 
 

they would always ask the kids what they’d like and make sure they got what they asked for, even when I disagreed sometimes. They couldn’t do enough. I did mention it to someone once and they said that a lot of staff are missing their own families so they like to see kids on the ship. 
 

we even seem to adopt one of the receptionists. She must have come to talk to my eldest every day. Can understand why. My two are amazing little people, they just know how to wind me up some days!

It should have been next weekend, I'm thinking of wearing my posh frock next Saturday and sipping cocktails in the garden.
