I read on another forum it's an IT glitch. They called Royal Caribbean and it's a website issue and they money is still owed.

It’s on all of mine. Just another one of RC’s revolving glitches.

HAVE 2 cruises with no balance due , i thought they guessed that I was not going to pay anyway till the no fly and state boarders closure was lifted 🙂

If you don’t pay for the cruise in full OR cancel before the final payment is due - your cruises will be cancelled by the cruise line and you won’t get your deposit refunded. The worst thing you could do is to do nothing!
