Everything is up in the air right now. Rules in place for say May cruises may be different come September. Only time and vaccination levels will tell

We were looking at this cruise as well,  the  way my TA  explained it is  because  it starts  before the  restrictions  are over ( no  cruises longer than 7 days)   and  ends on US  soil  the CDC regulations come into play.    Now  looking into the  TA  from  Rome,  gets us  to  another continent (  Africa)

We were really looking forward to our 14 day sailing from Quebec to Fort Lauderdale, next October.

We booked this back in September of 2019.

Now we'll just have to wait another 2 years for 2022 to roll around.

 

Thankfully, our other 2 bookings for 2021 are not affected. (yet!)

A friend of mine just booked Oceania from Montreal to Miami - it runs in October '21 & '22.

Nice itinerary - includes Bermuda. Worth a look.
