We took it because it rt from LA (no long flights) and included quite a few places on the bucket list. Lenda 🙃 That 18 hour flight from SFO to Singapore was no picnic! We went right to the hotel and slept since we were there 3-4 days ahead of time...good thing!✏️

I’d invite you up here but the borders are closed. Let’s just say you don’t know cold and windy until you are up here today 😉 Damp colds are the worst. They go straight to your bones. We have 3 jackets drying from shovelling. It’s so bad out that the dogs don’t play for more than 3 minutes and just do business and I have a winter dog. I guess that’s why you see some Canadians in Florida with shorts or light clothing while Floridians are in heavy jackets 😉. Hope it warms up for you I grew up in Michigan [22 years] I know what you all export across the lakes. I've been in Florida too long - I can't really take those kind of temperatures anymore. And it's always - with a strong wind. Never a calm, cold day. I'm definitely glad I'm not up there. This time of year - I'm usually on a Dam ship in the Caribbean. Thank goodness people do like that kind of weather - my brother [still in Mich] does. Hope your weather improves soon, I can't even imagine what you all are going through.

Thanks Roy, thought new information may be available.
Sharon in AZ Posted February 3, 2021 #106 Share Posted February 3, 2021 (edited) Good evening ! Thank you for the Daily Rich and thank you for your lists Roy. I am very late today. Been very busy. My Dear DM had surgery today for the bowel obstruction. I was so thankful that the doctor called me right away. She did wonderful and it turned out it was adhesions which he was able to repair . I spoke with her later and she sounded really well and happy. First words out of her mouth were “I feel like a new woman”! She is one spunky 91 year old!! I love the movie Groundhog Day. Have a super evening everyone! Edited February 3, 2021 by Sharon in AZ
