$99 bottle of champagne

if there  a re 4  people at dinner, and they each have the ability to purchase a bottle of wine up to $15.00 (or pay the difference, (drink package), can they then merge the $15.00 each and deduct $60.00 from the $99 bottle of champagne?

What kind is it I am curious for $99? In real life it is usually something of less value. Andre is a good brand maybe it is that.

At least on our last several cruises with them, Regent offered Veuve Clicquot yellow label for $69.  Seems like a bargain after reading the price listed above.  If you were in an upper suite, you even got an extra 10% off that figure.

On Seabourn I can get Veuve for 54 bucks with my discount. With the OBC I can have a bottle a day and then some!
