Are all cabins referred to as "suites" as on Seaborne? Any information about cabin categories is helpful.

All of them are listed as suites but few actually satisfy the definition of a suite; i.e., a separate bedroom from living room.

Do all the cabins have balconies or are there some that are ocean view only, please?

All have balconies except for Cat G and H on Navigator.

Go to the Regent web site, go to any cruise, after the itinerary you'll see pricing for each suite-click any suite and it will show you the suite.

100% of cabins on Voyager / Mariner / Explorer / Splendor have balcony.

 

Only Navigator has some oceanview cabins.

If you go to the topic listing page at the top there is a thread called Suite Guru. It is a spreadsheet where some of the suites on each ship have been reviewed. It is worth checking out once you know which ship(s) you are interested in.  Hopefully the link below will take you there.
