Just announced that Celebrity will allow private excursions.

It was just mentioned today  by Dondra R (SVP) on the webinar for TA's.  I haven't seen anything in writing yet

Someone on my roll call (British Isles) yesterday spoke with a private vendor they have booked about this and was told they are working with the cruiseline on how policy/guidelines will be worked out with certain private vendors.

This is more important to me than mask policies. I can deal with a mask and social distancing... but I want to have some freedom with excursions or just walking around ports. Great news!

That’s great news.

 

We aren’t fans of organized group excursions, preferring the flexibility to do what we want (usually go to a beach then wander around and explore a bit, or maybe rent a car to explore)
