The Cheers offer we got was not a great one (ocean view or higher cabin). I should say it is not terrible compared to like early saver pricing but when I look at the difference between it and casino offers there's quite a difference.

Since we have never done cheers in the past, our cheers offer (RU1) was really good.  It was only going to be $25 more per person for the entire five day cruise than the current early saver option. We don't drink, but at $25 for the whole cruise it may be worth it even for soft drinks and milkshakes and such. The internet offer (RU9) was not very good, but we get the internet packages on every cruise.

Looks like you got the best (ru1) offer. Best rate (over early saver) that I found was 129 more pp on a 4 day. My problem is I can get a free balcony on same cruise with DOU in the casino. LOL

Congrats on yours! Be well worth it at that price.

I don't  know how everyone gets all of these offers.  We only have cheers and the internet.  The cheers comes out to over $20 per person per day.  We don't drink a  lot so that is not a great incentive.  I don't know if it matters but we are both Diamond.  Guess Carnival doesn't have to try too hard to get our business.  We've never gotten an upgrade, free or for a fee, either.  I wonder what we're doing wrong.

So what do you all have for current offers from Carnival? I have so many right now it's crazy!

Jackpot - free balcony

Jackpot - free ocean view

Premier Australia

Post from paradise (free wifi)

Free Cheers

Ultra

Premier Special edition

Premier

Premier Getaway

Plan Now, play later

Hot Streak

Cinco De Mayo Early saver

Mini vs Big cruise

So many options and not enough vacation time!

I have these same, plus "All In Australia" QA1.  I think the bottom four in our list are not even worth looking at compared to the rest.

Thank you, I'm gonna have to call, it's not listed. I have the lowest free cruise offer, the jackpot inside, and it looks like only short cruises or the pride transatlantic. Also I don't know why they are advertising mine as a free cruise since it is a $100 cruise with $100 pp non refundable obc.

Because if it was free, you would not be able to use stockholder credit on it,

I think you should call them, explain the thread and state exactly what you said here and you'll get a nice offer.

Have two cruises booked with the free drinks anywhere on the ship, and 500.00 free play

in the casino. The first is July 2021, which will probably be cancelled, the other is in

April 2022, hope that one goes. I have a saved one right now for Nov 20th 2021, as the

backup for the one in July. They all have the free drinks anywhere.

The Plan Now, Play Later offer was too much to resist for me.  I had one booked in January already, but added on another for May.  $1000.00 funplay, $400 OBC, and free drinks anywhere on the ship for me. Balcony cabin.  The $400 OBC of course is to cover the $400 deposit required. Will give my sister the OBC for her drinks.  That's a crazy good deal.  I think we'll be sailing for sure by May '22, my only worry now is something will happen with the ship getting moved or some other nonsense.  But worth a gamble!

The January cruise was an Ultra, free balcony cabin, $500 casino.

Just booked a quick getaway on the Ecstacy for Sept 2022.  Balcony for $100 pp ( and I snagged an aft balcony for this price!), $200 OBC, $200 casino cash plus free cheers.  I couldn't believe it.  If hubbs doesn't want to go, Ima going solo😁

Just got this same offer. Had to read it twice. Free room plus free drinks in Casino to start. Booking this weekend before they all fill up.

I used to get great offers - but I think that Carnival is catching on that (for the last 5 years) the only money I'm playing in the casino is their free play. Last time I turned $500 into over a $1,000.

I used to be a regular black chip player - occasionally purple. Now I pay for my cruises (nice cabins) and have less out of pocket!

This is why I limit myself to green chips on the table games.  Losing $1,000 is painless because the free balcony for two more than offsets... losing $5,000 would leave a "well, not doing that again" sour taste in my mouth disembarking.

The sad thing is -- having that experience (-$5k) would almost go down as a good outing given some of the sailings I've "endured". The thing that pulled me in prior to those few years was WINNING on 10 straight sailings - a couple in the 5 figure range.

I sleep better now too!

I posted a little while ago that we booked a 7-day on the Pride with the free balcony offer and just booked the 6-day Pride cruise that leaves the day the 7-day returns. Same cabin. We have free laundry so we don't have to bring double clothes. This will be our first BTB cruises and will be Diamonds on the second one. Woo Hoo!

Congrats!  Enjoy the B2B, they are great!  You get to watch the sad faces get off the first leg of the cruise but then the moment is bittersweet because you realize that you will be that sad face on the next crusie.

We have three cruises booked - a Thanksgiving 2021 on the Legend out of Baltimore (not holding my breath on it actually happening) and a B2B on Mardi Gras April 2022. I can't remember what the name of the offer was, but we have extended balcony cabins with $500 OBC on all three sailings (aft-facing on Legend and "hump" on Mardi Gras). Deposits were $99 and total cost was about $2,600 (for 3 people) on the Thanksgiving cruise and about $2,100 (for 2 people) for each leg of the B2B on Mardi Gras.

I had sworn I wasn't going to book anything until they started cruising again, especially after having three pervious cruises canceled, but their daily offers and the $500 OBC finally wore me down!

Isn't that the truth - debarkation day eventually cometh !

We've only enjoyed one B2B, and that was on the Sensation - so a 3+4. Would really like to have the time to arrange a longer one at some point. 🙂

We are doing are first B2B (8 day and 6 day) in March thanks in part to Covid. Haven't used much vacation time over the past year so have saved up quite a bit. We said about 2 years ago we were going to start doing B2B's. Coming from Maine to Florida for 2 or 3 cruises a year adds up with flights, hotel, etc. We got $1600 in OBC on the 8 day so hoping the casino will be a little nicer than last time!

I agree. I'd even throw in my ultra offer with those 4. No where nears as good as the other casino ones.

Just booked a 5 Day on the Elation for Sept 2022. Free interior room  and free drinks on us. $200 cost deposit then a $200 OBC. So works out as a freebie. Port and tax charges of 140.00 each i'll take it. Got to Love those Casino offers. Play slots and black jack tournament not real big spenders.  Thank You Carnival !!!

I agree.  Of course the comparison depends on what you win on your spin, plus other contests for Ultra only.  I rolled a 6 on Matilda The Cash Cow once and cashed in for $675, then another night I was playing Hold 'Em when they called my name on the midnight $2,000 draw.  Last Ultra I was on in 2019 they didn't have the $2,000 midnight drawings but I couldn't see anywhere the extra $14,000 out of the "total $100,000 in Ultra prizes" was reallocated.  🤔

Some of you have free cheers offered!

That would be great!

Many are through casino offers. The non betting cruisers were target marketed with RU1, RU2 & RU3 offers,  which all included Cheers at a substantially reduced price as low as 5.00 per day.  It offered Cheers at 3 different price points.   Would have loved to know exactly what qualified you, but of course the marketing geniuses have their algorithms that spits out who gets what offers.

I hope you get to find a longer one as well.  We try to do (2) 7 days back to back.  We had a 14 day Panama Canal booked with an 8 day back to back but that was canceled because of the pandemic.  That would have been an awesome cruise.

Many years ago we had our "dream" Carnival B2B booked - it was the Spirit Hawaii/Alaska routes (12+7 days I think). We managed to get our favorite cabin for both legs - booked over 700 days in advance, then had to wait a few months for the Alaska bookings to open. In the end we could not pull off that much time off as it turned out. Pulling the trigger to cancel that was difficult, to say the least!

Alas - one day !!
