Car rental company shuttles

Pre-virus National, Enterprise and Thrifty had a shuttle to/from POM from their MIA airport location; show the driver your reservation to board the shuttle.

Avis and Hertz had downtown locations, very close to POM and would usually offer shuttles to POM.

Please report back on what you find and experience.

Alamo, National, Enterprise, Dollar and Thrifty  have shuttle service in each direction from the Port Of Miami to the Rental Car Center which is located directly across from Miami International Airport. Budget, Avis and Hertz have shuttle service from the Port Of Miami to their downtown Miami locations only. Alamo, National, and Enterprise which are owned by the same company share their shuttle service and Dollar and Thrifty share there’s. The shuttles circle the terminals until they have a full load of passengers for the short fifteen minute ride over to the Rental Car Center. Before you get on the shuttle most drivers require you to show them the Rental Car reservation. That helps on cutting down people trying to get free transportation back to MIA.
