Nassau Travel Visa

I had a question for those of you who sailed from Florida this year with a stop in Nassau.  Did you need to obtain a Nassau Travel Health Visa.

The other question is when you sail R/T Florida do you have to take a COVID-19 test before returning to the USA?  I'm not asking about the test prior to the cruise but a test at the end of the cruise.

Thank you.

Keith

Remember it is Royal's Adventure of the Seas that is sailing..this summer ...from Nassau. The protocols for this ship requires the Bahamian Health Visa...which you apply for two weeks prior to sailing... if vaccinated..if not vaccinated you apply closer to sailing and include negative test results in order to get approval.

Royal is also requiring everyone to have a negative test before arriving in Nassau... regardless of vaccine status... this part is not a Bahamian requirement..but Royal. The protocols keep changing.. beginning Aug 1 passengers can get a PCR or antigen test..but it must be within 3 days of sailing...making antigen testing...which is faster... easier to do within timeframe.
