Thanks for all the  Daily information, and photos of Nawiliwili. had a overnight stop there during a Trans Pacific Cruise on the Volendam, yes, the ship berthed port  alongside the wharf. Rotterdam was also in port.

Haven’t played in the sand lately but traveled from Big Bear, CA to Yuma via the slow, Salton Sea route to Tucson to a memorial for a groomsman from our wedding. He passed in 2020, not from COVID but the pandemic delayed the gathering. We stayed with friends, (first visit in 20 months 🥰), hiked Mt. Lemmon, visited an art museum, shopped, ate delicious food and just visited. Then to Phoenix for two days with my Mother, we enjoyed lunch with Mom, my oldest sister and first brother-in-law. One night, DH and I walked a mile or so from our hotel for dinner, certainly unheard of in August in the Valley of the Sun! Three days of sub-100f temperatures. Our drive to ‘sandy’ Yuma was in a tremendous rainstorm and finally, home to Solana Beach wrapped up a nice trip. Thanks to all for The Daily.
