I called the main number, which said because it was a casino booking I had to talk to them and they would transfer me. I waited on hold for 2 hours and had to give up (it was also after 7). Someone I know called Monday and they said the message they got was they had to email them (they were looking for pricing/offers) which was a change from my calling them few weeks ago. Like you, when I've called most recently to book a trip (not one they mail offered) they've answered pretty quickly. Guessing either a lot of people are canceling and/or more people are booking. They could have offers for you that never get emailed out, I have experienced this myself. Nothing lost to call and ask what offers they may for you. Offers I've had this year were for sailings out of Florida and Greece, clearly the offers vary person to person and where one lives seems to play a part in it. We do usually call Miami and have a couple of cruises booked for 2022 and 1 in October 2021 I was just curious as a few years ago when we did get offers by email and you would very often see the same ol faces in the casino. When I saw mention of others receiving offers I just dropped an email asking if anything was being offered and I received a response two or three days later listing a half dozen or so offers and a suggestion I call for more. I responded and booked the Equinox cruise that sailed on August 27 - wonderful cruise, btw. CTSandy - not sure if we met on Aug 27 Equinox... SYK - we've rec'd cruise offers via e-mail and mail from BCC, and Foxwoods and Twin River for NCL, in the last month or so!!
