I love this ship, have been on her numerous times....I consider it my vacation home.

I'll be traveling to my vacation home for a B2B starting October 10.....almost down to counting the hours.

SEA you all on the sea, Judy

I have been on this ship 2 times and looking forward to a 3rd May 29, 2022.  My entire family will be going in May and we all have Grand Suites, should be fun, 8 of us.  I like the size of this ship and have enjoyed the excursions from Royal that have been available in the past.  Right now there are not many offerings on the website, hope that changes.  Grand Cayman is beautiful and we did a stingray excursion in Cozumel the last time that was super.  Like the casino on this ship and the activities were fun as well, lots of trivia, bingo, dance lessons, the spa and gym are good too.  The toughest part of going out of Galveston is deciding where to stay, Houston or Galveston.  In the past we stayed in Houston near the airport and got a transfer from Royal to the ship at the airport.  We go in a day early and just shuttle back to the airport for the transfer.  With 8 of us, we might Uber this time to the port.  Haven't yet decided on the transfer.  It is a 45 minute drive from Houston Hobby to Galveston.  If I can answer any questions let me know.

You should really stay in Galveston, that way you're not rushed and have to worry about any potential traffic problems on the day of the sailing. Also, it's nice to spend some time on the beach and try out one of the many good restaurants that are on Seawall boulevard.
