Srockholder OBC, time to recieve notifiation

Been a stockholder for years.  Bought at $15... why did I not buy more?????  Any way in the past I have always applied for my OBC by sending an email.  This time I tried the Online form.  Been about 2 weeks now.  Not heard anything.  How long is it taking to receive a notification these days?  Thanks

Resubmit.    It took me 3 tries on a B2B.  First came back in 24 hours using the web form. 
 

Finally submitted via email and got confirmation of receipt immediately and credit in 1 day.

Printed the online form, filled it out by hand, scanned it and sent it back to them via email along with redacted brokerage statement.  Had my reply in two days.

We were never notified. Just saw the OBC in the cruise planner. Used the online form.

I applied last week and again today. Have not heard back and not showing on my booking.

In August we applied for each leg of a September B2B.  On one leg the e-mail notice that the OBC had been applied to the reservation was received very quickly, but on the other leg we had to re-submit.  Folks have been reporting a variety of experiences.

I sent an email on Monday with the required proof of stock ownership. I didn’t receive an email from RCI shareholder approving my request; however, the OBC showed up on my cruise account today.

I submitted over the weekend using the "survey form" and as of today have not had it posted on either reservation I submitted for.   I guess I'll send it in by email tonight.

Just do a dummy buy of a bev pkg or something.  A big box should appear on the screen announcing how much OBC you have to spend.  I applied for the benefit for Connie next month.  Never got an email, but lo and behold the OBC showed up when I inquired about an excursion.

What is the stockholder benefit and is it something still available for new stock purchasers or is it some type of grandfathered program? Wondering if I should be checking stock prices.

You must own 100 shares of RCL, and download a shot of your brokerage statement or the actual stock certificate.  Then you get a certain amount of OBC based on the length of voyage.

Also used the online form. Never got a reply but I could see the OBC on my cruise planner a week or so later.

We've had hit and miss experiences with the online form.  Some we've needed to re-submit and others have gone through just fine.  It seems to take about a week.   Some we got an email from a no-reply address saying it was added, one my TA got the email and some I've gotten not notice at all.  Just one more shoreside crazy issue.

What is a Stock Certificate? Just joking! I do remember those from 20-30 years ago. And seriously, given that all of my transactions are digital, I do not have Certificates nor do I get a traditional brokerage statement. What do I need to send the Celebrity along with the form?

They take a print out of the statement the brokerage posts on line.  I just print to PDF, electronically black out the acct # and attach to the electronic application.

First off congrats on your cost basis!  They say three weeks, but you can do it anytime.

I've done it for cruises 2 years in advance.   I believe the the 3 weeks is "at least 3 weeks" in advance of the sailing to allow time for processing.

I had done a few times and got quick response.  Then submitted  for a 14 day cruise and no response twice.   Sent an email, got a response and OBC was issued.

I usually get a response very quickly.  probably cuz it's investor relations and not =X= doing it.
