Anyone having any luck getting through to Princess today??

Need to cancel and rebook some January cruises on a really short time frame which I tried to do yesterday using the Chat feature but she wasn't able to help me now today I can't get thru either by phone or using the Chat feature.  Is anyone having any luck getting through??

Make sure you press 4 on the menu. If you press the usual 3 you will never get through.

When you go to princess.com on the very bottom is a little black bar that says live chat. I was able to do one earlier you just have to be persistent and constantly exit off and then we open the chat box eventually it will connect you someone took me about 5 or 8 minutes to get a hold of a agent but I had my problem all taken care of so I'm happy camper.

You may need to scroll the page up slightly to see all links...various people have shared that tip.  Also, I believe I recall that some browser (don't recall which) had issues showing the link...try another if scrolling doesn't work.

Tried Chrome and Edge and Internet Explorer. Maybe it's only active during their buisness hours...

Do you actually see the link?  What it used to do was if chat was not available it would give you a pop-up when you clicked it...but you could *always* click the link.  Of course...they've been changing things willy-nilly on the website for some time now!

I tried to call last Monday to book a casino offer.  I was told I would need to email them.  I sent an email and never received a response.  I sent another email yesterday and still haven’t heard from them.  I understand they may be short handed or busy but to not even get a response is so frustrating.

For what it is worth, my TA told me today that she would be out of the office after 4pm on Friday. If our Covid tests come back positive after 4pm she said that I could call Princess directly or just not show up and she would cancel the cruise on Monday. A bit unnerving but that is what she said.
