How Long Before Future Cruise Credit Shows in Account?

We cancelled a cruise in December a few weeks ago and wondering when the future cruise credit will appear, and the refund for the taxes. Going on a sailing in March and want to apply it to that sailing. Thanks!

Still waiting for my 28th September FCC, have escalated it yesterday with UK office.

We received our FCCs via email from Celebrity.  They never showed up on-line.  The time ranged from 45 -120 days.

That has been our experience too.

My friend and I just cancelled our Celebrity Edge cruise on Feb 6th. Just too many unknowns for us to proceed. We were told the FCC would show up 30 to 45 days from today. We’ll see if that actually occurs.

Get someone who knows what they are doing to apply it ASAP.  Don't wait for it to come to you, because you may miss out completely unless you have another cruise ready to go.  This can be very time-sensitive, so do what you have to do; it's your hard-earned money!

I've never seen FCC's showing up in my account.    I have always received them via e-mail   My travel agent can run a report and found a couple I had lost track of. 

 

Curious about moving the reservation to a new cruise as oppose to waiting for a FCC.   I know you can do it prior to final payment but not heard if you can do it if you wish after final payment.

If you have a TA or a Celebrity Vacation Planner, get them to apply it to your new booking now. I would not expect it within forty-five days. Especially with all of the recent cancellations. My CVP moved our FCC within a few days of us canceling a cruise.
