My PVP posted this on her Facebook page. I don't know if this will help anybody, but I'm passing it along just in case. This may be exactly what people who need help on the app have been doing all along. I wouldn't know, since so far the problem child app has behaved itself for me.

Interesting if it *really* goes to tech support.  Something about my cynical nature kicked in when I saw this, though!

 

But then again...maybe all of our complaints *finally* got through to someone!

Cutesy alphas for phone numbers are so 20th century unless you are using a telephone system that uses hexadecimal dialers.

Their first line of tech support is very weak.  They cannot seem to handle the simplest of problems and are quick to say it is a customer service issue and pawn you off on them.  True tech support is unfortunately higher up the chain.

Great information.  the real question is why are there so many problems with the app.  Princess needs to invest some money into fixing it.  It wouldn't be an issue if you didn't need the app to do basic things that could just as easily be done on a website.
