Buying Premium Bev Pkg on board?

Never had the occasion to purchase the Bev Pkg on board. Either was included or went without.

But, found killer deal without perks. I know I can purchase online, but should I choose to wait so I can offset with OBC, where do I do it?

I'm confused. Premium beverage pkg = $70.79 per person, per day. Whereas Best Value = $40 per person, per day and not only includes everything in the premium beverage pkg but also wifi & gratuities.  For $30.79 per day less. I'm not buying either because I get 2 free coffee programs, wifi $5 day, & don't drink more than a bottle a week. Break even would be 1 latte, 1 beer, 1 wine or cocktail, wifi, & gratuities.

Killer deals without the plus perks usually have a best value delta significantly higher than $40/day.

 

Some posts have had it higher than the $70.79/day that is the list price for the beverage package.

 Must be purchased on boarding day.
