Currently on the Edge in the Retreat and being told we do not have a drinks package?

 A Retreat booking will look this like with the items highlighted in pink. The individual line items usually won't appear unless there are multiple/combinable discount applied, or you are in a non-Retreat cabin.

I totally understand that this looks confusing, but it's really simple. Any  competent reservations agent or TA should know how to read this and what it means. Especially since TA's can't add an additional perk like you could pre-All Inclusive rates, it's really very easy. Rates are either AI or not and are combinable or not.

I would give Celebrity a call and have them spell it out for you.  Good Luck.  "Retreat"

could mean, access to Luminae and Resort areas.

Call and ask them to email you a copy of your booking confirmation

I usually get both and my agent spells it out specifying all perks you have with your booking as well as both his and Celbrity's OBC. 

 

As a Zenith, I try to find ways to get the cruise only fare without perks but recently finding it very difficult.

 

The Invoice can really be confusing but as you can see - I had both a NRD and a Military Discount.   While I shouldn't have had all the perks I received all the perks.  They do a Debit and Credit

 

This one I got all the Perks -

While on this one I didn't get a Drink Package but did get internet and Tips but no drink Package

I have the same codes for internet, this was before all included... What internet package did you end up with?

If you are in the Retreat and have included internet it will be stream package regardless whether you booked pre AI with the 4 PERKS or with AI with the included Indulge package.

The only time I think you have to worry about the perks not being included are the following

 

GTY Suite (Category W)    Sometimes they are included other times not

Simply Sail

LOYALTY NRD                     This is the one which tripped a bunch of people up as it silently removed

Casino Comp Room           I believe if it's a full comp it's no perks.  If it's just a percent off then you   get perks but you need to ask.

LOYALTY NRD is what I suspect happened to the original poster.

Yes I did a mock booking on the first day of the promo.  The booking summary showed the LOYALTY NRD discount AND listed all the perks as included.   When I contacted my TA the next morning to reprice my booking he stated that perks were not included.  I tried the mock booking again and it no longer displayed the AI perks.   I had a screen shot of the summary from the night before.  He was able to push it with Resolutions and they eventually honored the price with the perks.

 

Not noticing the issue and the amount of time which has passed, I suspect there is not much chance they will make it right.

 

The promo started on 10/4/2021.

The Always Included is included in my invoice but it is not showing up anywhere online or in the app.  I discovered this a couple days ago when I decided to upgrade my drinks package to the Premium, however was only given the option of Classic ($59) or Premium ($69) as if I did not already have the AI.  Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, how did you handle the upgrade in advance without paying the full amount?

 

I will for sure be bringing a paper copy of my invoice with me when I board just to be on the safe side, but I would rather make sure it is all resolved prior to boarding.

That drink upgrade part happens all the time, it might/sometimes corrects itself fairly close to the cruise, allowing the $10 upgrade..you can call and they will handle it, or just upgrade on board..

How long ago did you book? You usually don't get the option to upgrade your drink package until about 10 days after booking.

So I too booked a SS on a Cruise.  I had received an email from Celebrity 1/18/2022 announcing "Our New 2023-2024 Asian Sailings are here - Captain's Club Early Access.

 

So I booked a Sunset Sky Suite (my first ever, and I have the cabin number), and now after reading this thread, I noticed that on my reservation page I have the option of pre-paying gratuities.  There isn't any information about a beverage package or internet.  I received no PDF attachment with additional information.  I booked directly on line with Celebrity.

 

Do I need to call Celebrity and ask what I should expect in extras?  I do have $800 OBC.

I am so confused.  : (

We booked a little over two and a half weeks ago (paid in full about a week and a half ago).  Sounds like maybe I just need to be patient.  That is for the info!

If you have the 800 of OBC you have the rest of the perks, they are just not listed.   You should always have an invoice of what you booked so yes I'd call and have them email you one ASAP.  You will probably see the item Retreat in the promotions section.

I wondered earlier but forgot to ask how OP is accessing the internet.  If he’s currently on the ship and not in port, it appears he has streaming WiFi since he’s able to post.  If he does have WiFi access, then hopefully the drink package confusion is a mistake on X’s part.

Don't know if this helps. Mistakes do happen. Called our TA before ship left dock. Found out we had no perks when we ordered a water in Oceanview Cafe and had to sign receipt for $6.50. Thought we had all the perks. Please notice we booked July 3 2021 cruise on July 1, 2021 48 hours before sailing a CS cabin became available. Invoice does not reflect any perks. Retreat concierges could only add the perks for up charges to our account which we did (long line first day at concierge station Retreat Lounge). Decided an hour later to go to guest services to confirm TA's text that perks were included and shoreside Celebrity would contact ship. Our butler/host was a 'gem', suggesting we allow her to escort us to guest services (and around the long line to her personal purser) who confirmed our NOT listed perks and reversed all charges on our account and issued new key cards.

Thanks. I've gotten the military discount for suite booking on Royal but their pricing structure is different. You do have to be diligent because I've had them apply the Military Discount only to have my cruise fare increase.
