I know the

House Select PackageUnlimited Champagne, wine and beer with lunch and dinner $39.95 per guest, per day

and You can upgrade to the Prestige Select for $20 PP PD Unlimited premium spirits, Champagne, wine and beer wherever and whenever you wish
which equals $59.95 per guest, per day

But I would like to know what an individual drink would cost - say a Smirnoff martini verse a Belvedere Martini, or well scotch and a Johnny Walker Black??

We only drink soft drink, water, coffee and teas.  What are O'x policy on these beverages?

All non-alcoholic beverages including virgin drinks, espressos, etc. are included with no charge

I had a wonderful cruise on Riviera this last November 2021. My general practice is to bring on board pre-purchased wine and pay the $25 corkage fee when I consume it at a meal in one of the restaurants.
There are two times during the day when there’s happy hour (drinks are half price). Don’t quote me on the exact times, but it’s something like 4 or 5 in the afternoon and then in the evening after the show, maybe around 930 or 10. During the later happy hour, I would head up to horizons to enjoy the dancing and I would order a double vodka cranberry juice. Cost $13. Right now I can’t remember if that includes tip or if tip was on top of that. Very reasonable!

PS. I just checked my bill. $13 includes the tip.

Pulled out my "Currents" from our 12/13-23/21 W. Caribbean voyage on Riviera. Day 1:

"HAPPY HOUR 5-6 pm / Casino, Martinis & Horizons LATE NIGHT HAPPY HOUR 10:30-11:30 / Horizons 2 of the same drink for the price of 1 applies to The Bar Menu drinksonly Excludes: Martinis Menu, Single Malt Scotches, XOS, Cocktail of the Day & Wine of the Day"

On all the other days the Happy Hour dropped the Casino and included the Grand Bar. And on 2 of the days only Martinis and the Grand Bar had the (early) Happy Hour.

There was also a "Cocktail of the Day $6.50 + 20% GRATUITY"

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe that Grand Bar and Casino bar refers to the same place. Also on the 2 days that Horizons didn't show an early Happy Hour they were probably having a Repeaters Party. I think this was before they temporarily suspended them.

Our Day 2 had the Captain's Cocktail Celebration. "Complimentary Cocktails: 5:45- 8 pm Horizons/ 6-8 Martinis & Grand Bar."

The Currents don't appear to show the "repeater party". I remember the night but can't find it in any of the days.

The Currents won't show that. They send a letter to those that are invited. Sometimes if there are a large number of repeaters they will have more than one party. Sometimes some repeaters get invited to both, while others don't. Doesn't always have to do with the level they're on.

They do not usually announce the repeaters party

You get an invitation in your cabin

One glass of champagne (wifey,s favourite) is $16.50 plus 20%, the cost of the upgrade to the premium package. No brainer for us🍸🍷😀

Though our no-brainer was to (1) bring on board our 6 bottles of wine and (2) buy all our beer, hard liquor and wine off the local economy. Using the savings in the Boutique (a Citizen Eco-drive Red Arrows watch for me and a Mary Frances purse and London wallet for her). But to each their own.

We just got back from the Riviera and did not purchase the drinks package.  Beers were $7.50, cocktails $10-$12, plus 20% gratuity.  There was a daily happy hour from 5pm-6pm in the Grand, Martini, and Horizons bars with 2-for-1 drinks (though martinis were excluded from the deal) as well as a "drink of the day" at half-price (though none ever appealed to me).  Horizons also has a late night happy hour from 10:30pm-11:30pm that is very popular with the officers and crew with guest privileges.  We ended up utilizing happy hour every day which was perfect for us because we aren't wine drinkers and don't enjoy drinks with our meals.

Also, in lieu of a captain's cocktail party there were several hours of free drinks provided, but I'm not sure how long that will last since it was surely a Covid service change.

The premier "anytime" drinks package would have cost us $840 for our 7 day cruise, and our final bar table was about $750 so we came out ahead, and that was with us drinking way more than we do in our real lives "on land."  With the drinks package I think we would have felt compelled to drink more to get our money's worth out of the package and that would have been way more booze than we wanted/needed.

So if I were to order a virgin mudslide, virgin pina coolada, other non-alcoholic mocktail....they are all no charge?  Do the bartenders have any issues with making these?
