Navigator of the Seas vs Carnival Radiance

Looking at two 3-night cruises down to Ensenada. The two options are the Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas and the Carnival Radiance. It will be myself and my girlfriend both in our mid 30s (no kids). Which does everyone thing is a better choice? Pricing is about the same for either.

Go with Navigator...it's a great ship !!!! Just did the 7 nighter Mexican Riviera.

So sounds like everyone recommending the Navigator? Think i may go with that one. @CarelessAndConfusedanything nice about the Radiance? The food options looked like they may be better? The chicken and BBQ restaurants they had on board looked really good

This one wouldn't even be a debate in my mind.  Navigator by a nautical mile!

Ask this question on the Carnival and the RCCL boards. You’ll get lots more information, but be prepared for strong brand loyalty!

I haven't been on either yet, but I am booked on Navigator in mid-May and Radiance in early August (identical itineraries for both).

I didnt realize shaqs place was on radiance. I'd only heard it was on mardi gras so far. Heard the chicken sandwiches were good. 

 

I did 3 carnival since covid and decided dinners were not good. Cuts were obvious and switched for now to rcl.

I love navigator have sailed her 3 times, love the ice show, good live music.

I agree the Navigator is a much better cruise ship. It is an easy choice. Have a great cruise.

I’ve sailed Navigator (and a few other RCL) ships - and one Carnival ship (several years ago).  I think Navigator would be the clear choice.
