Rare dream2cruise Posted April 6, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2022 Are the TVs on Solstice bluetooth enabled so you may use wireless headset to watch a movie? We are booked in a 2B Verandah for a cruise this summer and I was wondering if I should bother bringing my headset or not. Thanks! Sharon
m8zenblue Posted April 6, 2022 #2 Share Posted April 6, 2022 Please don't quote me but I don't think TV has Bluetooth. Not that I was trying but playing with my headphones I did not receive a Bluetooth signal from TV.
EatonDoolittle Posted April 7, 2022 #3 Share Posted April 7, 2022 I can't answer your question, but speaking as someone who has had neighbors who blast the TV loudly at all hours, I thank you in advance for your consideration of others. Those walls are thin, people! 😁
Rare Jim_Iain Posted April 7, 2022 #4 Share Posted April 7, 2022 Seriously couldn't tell you. I'm leaving on Silhouette tomorrow and will see if it's possible. I'm a real techno nerd so love playing around with technology. A quick google said that Samsung does support but you have to do some setup in settings and not sure I we can get into the settings.
Rare DaKahuna Posted April 7, 2022 #5 Share Posted April 7, 2022 I have been through all the settings accessible via the TV remote in our sky suite and do not see anything that would even remotely resembling Bluetooth.

They do make little converter boxes that take the audio out on the TV and send it via Bluetooth. I found several on Ama........ for under $30. Jim maybe you can also check to see what type of audio out connections are on the TV. Headphone jack, RCA Composite Jacks, etc. This could be an option, depending on how important it is to @dream2cruise.
