It's interesting that there's not a lot of activity (noise) from the condos.  Maybe the noisemakers are the ones down on the lawn doing the waving.

I have sailed on her for 3 cruises as well.  One Baltic Cruise, one trans-Atlantic cruise, and my most recent HAL cruise in 2020, a partial Canal cruise.  Love the ship; don't love the Atrium's odd sculpture  hanging from the ceiling.
