Website and App Issues

Anyone else having issues with the App or Website this morning?

Yes, all my sailings have disappeared.  Hopefully it will come back up soon.

It looks like Royal's website is also having trouble.

System maintenance and updates are done on weekends so not uncommon to have things not available.

Can't login, after entering my user and password appears the X and backs to the login page, it happens in all the browsers also in the iPhone APP

Now I can login but al my cruises disappears

I can login but all my cruises are missing - no big deal, happens frequently on the weekend.  They are all showing on the app.

Just checked and everything is working for me.    All of my cruises are listed but on first attempt would only show the first 5 until I did a refresh.

 

As other's suggested it has been a common issue on weekends when they are doing web maintenance.

First 5?!?!  Jeeze how many cruises you going on? LOL

Blush --- we have 15 booked currently.  

 

Albeit some are far out into the future.  Furthest out is Hawaii Cruise for April 2024.    Sometimes you have to book far out to get the room you want on a popular cruise.

CC tier level, points and future cruises are all listed and correct.

It's the weekend. The app and website are usually useless on the weekends.
