Is everyone experiencing an outage, and has anyone heard an update on when it will be back?

It was down on and off for two weeks a couple of weeks back - they seem to know it is happening, the reason in unclear.

If you’re referring to the casino offers website, it’s working on my end. They’re still having issues showing your point total but the offers are there.

Darn!  I haven't seen any offers for a while, and I was hoping it was due to this!

Curious if people with new offers have accumulated points since April 1st, when everything reset?  I was getting offers up until right after that.

Hoping when we cruise in October and get some points, we'll start getting offers again.

You should probably just count yourself lucky, 🍀 I haven’t had any free offers except for my prime and earned one and promotional earned cruises based on points earned on a given cruise for since before the pandemic. It has been so variable for people. But since they have plenty of cruisers I would think the free ones are goi f dry up for a while

We have not yet accumulated points for 4.01.22 thru 3.31.23 casino year but have been prime members for at least 4 or 5 years now.     We have 5 or 6 offers loaded when I visit clubroyaloffers website.      New one added this morning for balcony on several sailings,  Unfortunately none that we want.

Got over 2000 points from a May 5 night Mariner cruise and saw the points listed a week after the cruise with my May offer, but the points part is down and I still only see the May offer. The ships are doing it different now. There's two different offers for the points you get on board. One is for you if you book while on board, the other is after you get off the ship. All three of us had balcony room offers plus OBC if we booked while on board and $750 off a cruise if we waited.

We were getting offers almost weekly.  We booked our Prime certificate for October, back in April, right after they were issued, and then our offers seemed to drop off right after that.  I was hoping it was because we didn't have any points for the new cycle, but it sounds like that isn't the case, what a bummer!  I guess we'll throw some money at the casino in October and hope for the best!

In reality, it's not like I have the schedule to squeeze any of the offers in right now anyway, but it was comforting knowing the offers where there lol.

First time Prime this year, and had offers before the year reset, now nothing!  What a bummer lol.

when you go to the clubroyaleoffers.com website and input your last name and crown & anchor number as rewards number do you at least see your annual free cruise listed?

That is our problem.     All current offerings are for sailings up thru December.    We have one booked for August, September and beginning of December.     May be able to squeeze one more in October or early November.

Here is the list of our current offers from casino website (we both have same list and love to book them as b2b when possible):

Oh man, maybe I'm glad I'm not getting offers, some of those look very enticing and hard to pass up, I'd be tempted to try and sneak another one in, against my better judgment - not to mention VAC days 🤣🤣🤣!

Are there so many offers because they are having a hard time getting people to book cruises?  I called Crown and Anchor today and cancelled a cruise and got back my  refundable deposit back.

The rep asked me why we were canceling, I just said we are doing a land vacation instead.................she then commented and said "I don't know what it is about today but all the calls I'm getting is customers canceling cruises."

They aren’t having any issues…. Our sailing a couple weeks ago had over 6,000 passengers and the sailings before and after have had the same. We have a few booked out that already have cabin categories sold out.

Earnings calls and other reports have stated bookings are doing better than expected and back to pre covid levels.

Not really sure how any passenger onboard knows how many people are on the cruise you are sailing on. Every report I have seen here on cruise critic a person asks 4 different Royal Caribbean people onboard and get 4 different answers on the total.

Don't believe any ships are sailing full because they are still saving cabins onboard incase someone test positive for covid.    So no categories are sold out on any sailing. What is sold out is what cabins in each category they are allowing to be booked.

Still Trying to figure out how a passenger can tell the difference between 4000 or 5000 or 6000 people onboard?
