Does Blue Chip ever send out offers?

Hi all. As I'm getting bombarded with offers from Carnival (three mailers in 3 days!) it made me remember that I've never seen a thing from Celebrity's casino club. While I know I can call and see what's available, I'm just wondering, does BCC ever send out mailers or emails about free cruises? We haven't cruised with Celebrity since February and had good play, so I would think we'd have enough time for them to be ready for us to return.

Yes we received our first comped offer via email. We received another while on board, but haven’t seen a whole lot since then (was December) We sailed in May and have an upcoming cruise so will see if we see anything on board or after.

If you're MGM Rewards Gold or above there's an MGM/Celebrity number you can call for special casino rate reservations  855-227-2537

My experience is they are all over the place on offers and also on comped cruises/casino rates.  I have gotten exactly  one email with a free cruise offer.  That was two years ago.  I’ve also booked three more comped cruises by calling the Blue Chip Club.  I also managed to book a comped cruise on board earlier this year.  Now I’m trying to book another and being told I can’t even get a casino rate.  My play has been pretty consistent on each cruise.  There’s not a lot of transparency into how it all works with Celebrity.

Its funny after I read the OP's post I checked and my last offer was in March and since then I have sailed once on Apex and crossed from Amethyst to Sapphire. So then I called to see if any offers were available and she said no but i could get a balcony cabin based on play. Not 20 mins later I got an email offer from Blue Chip but its only for Infinity sailings which I am not interested in. I wonder if that call generated the offer. I sure wish they were more proactive - I get a ton of Princess offers but have no interest in sailing with them again. I have never received a flyer from BCC or an onboard offer - only emailed ones. It seems so random!

They do email offers for certain sailings.  However, You can call and ask what is available. Also you can ask for a what they call "20 net" which saves some money.

I have an email but have tried 3 times in the last week trying book flights and get another cruise offer but no response so I will not give you his email as it seems not to be a good one.
