If you had said Cape Liberty I would have said absolutely without question.

What day of the week is it? If the ship is on time and you self disembark from Manhattan it should still work-- make sure to be off the ship and through formalities no later than 9am.

Short answer is in general terms it should be ok. But any outside factors such as the ship being late, getting stuck in a long queue for immigration, or bad traffic in the tunnels could make it a nail biter. If it's a weekend that gives you a little advantage over a weekday.

The ship I am sailing only holds 388, not like 1,000's will very disembarking. As for what day of the week? It will be a Wednesday.

I'd be sweating bullets on that one.

Oh. I would be off the ship before 8:30. Otherwise the flights are waaaaayyyy later.

I found another flight that leaves Newark at 3:00😀.........I must have missed it on my first search!

And even better it is NON STOP..........Newark direct to Jax😀 So it is all good!

Good move - Newark is not a great place to spend a few hours - but you could fund a decent lunch to kill a bit of time - and (most important) not have to sweat, and stew, and (possibly) miss that earlier flight.
