Was pleased that Blue Chip Club finally offered Balcony Cruise with drinks & Internet.  This new offer is only open to us through 1 Aug and was for the Pacific Coastal.  We have been sailing with other lines casino offers because of the huge surcharge for drink package, internet, port fee’s, & taxes.  We were thrilled!

Congrats!  Received an offer but beyond the comped base fare, no perks were included.  Guessing your most recent play had something to do with it

Lucky you! I keep checking my email too but all I keep getting is sailings on the Infinity which doesn't appeal to me. Pacific Coastal is such a nice itinerary

Likely although even last weeks offer like every other offers (until now) have been just base fare offers as well.  Was hoping Celebrity was opening it up some as we will pass on it 90 percent of the time because of the surcharges for drinks & internet.  Good Job this time at least for us.

We also received the offer for only the balcony with no additional perks and was surprised at any offer since our last cruise was on the Equinox in 2019. Have only sailed out of N.Y. and FL. ports and these cruises leave from Calif.

We live in South Carolina and not sure if depending on the airfare if it's that good a deal.

I got comped for Mexican Riviera but excludes drinks, Wifi, and tips.

Besides, we are already on Princess' newest ship Discovery on a casino deal on the same itinerary.

The Princess discounted casino rate with all included (drinks, Wifi, tips called Premium Plus in Princess lingo) came out to be the same if we were to add all included to our "comped" Celebrity cruise.

We got Mexican Riveria too, but concierge class balcony with drinks and wifi (but not tips).  Given that we have a comped balcony with all the perks next week, it wasn’t interesting to me.

Just to clarify --- (first time receiving a Blue Chip Club offer) ---

If drinks, etc are not listed in the email then drinks, etc are definitely Not included in the offer?

Appreciate the info. Trying to avoid long hold time with BCC. Thanks for your insight.

OP, could you please post a screenshot?  Feel free to block out any sensitive info, here’s mine64237403-6EA8-4653-AA53-F2EE75A238BD.thumb.jpeg.9bc6afc1dba7f5341c1df38ad68855f1.jpeg

Not the OP but I got same offer with drinks and WiFi ... first time to have that in the offer.  I haven't sailed since 2019 😞 and even this offer is not enticing enough as it is just too far (for me) and expensive to fly for these itineraries.

This was also for Mexican Riviera sailings on Solstice Sept all the way out to next March.

I got the same offer of concierge level with drinks and Wi-Fi for the west coast and will probably use it for a bday cruise.

I have ataken a concierge class offer for Sept. in the Caribbean but no drinks and Wi-Fi.    Not sure why the difference.

as I am new to BCC, can some one explain to me the payback of gambling $$$$.   It is very confusing to me.   (Have mostly sailed on Princess and the offers are terrible compared to Celebrity.

I am Amythest level, just, and I think I will have free play based on my last cruise gamblings plus earn free play during an August casino cruise, too.   Is the free play refundable or available to pay for purchases on board?

Also, since earning period expires Dec 31: 2022 do I keep Amethyst level for 2023 or start at base again?

Any clarification appreciated.   🎰🎰🎰🎰player.

I also received an offer today for a free balcony cabin on the Mexico sailings. This is the first time I have received an offer. I am Elite and I have done the slots on their cruises but never spent much money. Does this include cruise price for 2 people?

Is there a gambling obligation? I know nothing about these "deals" but since we are elite, we would get happy hour drinks? and internet. I was surprised to get this offer - we rarely go to the casino. Does the second person in the cabin pay a fare? Thanks.

They are for a *stateroom and though I don't see it specifically mentioned in the tiny print it has always covered two occupants when I've taken them up on an offer.  What was nice on one trip was a travel partner also got a similar offer(s) listing a number of sailings and we made a back to back out of it as we each took the other on a leg of the cruise; we didn't even move cabins as they were great to work it out that way for us.  Was super nice to go on a 14 night cruise even though they were ONLY the stateroom so anything beyond that ie drinks, grats, etc were not included on those.  I know, never happy 😉  Like I mentioned prior and as the OP said, this is a first for me getting anything more than a stateroom in the offer.  If only l lived in LA.

My daughter received an offer for a free veranda cabin on the Mexican Riviera sailing. The email says she is Pearl level, and she remembers playing the slots a little bit with her friend on a 2018 cruise. Other than that she has never gambled on Celebrity.

I received a Veranda offer (I'm elite/pearl) but no perks. I wasn't sure if it was for one person or both (that makes a difference). I do spend time in the casinos, slots and tables and participate in blackjack tournaments. I started receiving these offers a bit ago, I never read them - thought it was junk mail. Read this one - but would still have to pay taxes, wifi, drinks (we drink alot :)) and gratuities so it doesn't seem like that big of a savings. Might hold out and see if they "up" the offer over time 🙂

I received the same offer. Veranda no extras. Pearl too. I’ve only take one Celebrity cruise (Edge) in 2019 and I think I only played the free money in the casino.

The offer wasn’t clear whether a second person is included but seems like it should be based on previous experiences here.

What’s the total fees/taxes/gratuity like? From East Coast so I have to get to LA.

And how is the ship? I LOVED the Edge and couldn’t stop talking about it but this seems like an older ship.

My daughter received the same offer and booked three people in a deck 8 hump veranda cabin. The taxes/port fees for three were $475. I am not sure of the gratuities - we had the always included package on our last cruise. She is in Denver and will fly into Long Beach on Southwest, which is relatively inexpensive, and stay at an airport hotel. I think it is about $100 total each way from the Long Beach airport to the pier for three via a local shuttle company.

my concierge offer on pool deck with cabin next to gents bathroom was not free but $247 plus port fees.

not sure why the charge and why the lousy location when there are plenty of empty cabins.

will call Monday and inquire.      Deposit is not due until a few days before sailing.    Very strange.

this ship has nor been refurbed or “revolutionized” so I am sure CC is trying to fill it up and cut its fixed costs.

That's considered 'free'. A Casino comped cruise you still have to pay the port fees and taxes. But you didn't pay the cabin fare, so you got a great deal. Don't knock it. Only MSC doesn't charge the port fees and taxes on casino comped cruises.

They're open weekends, not exactly sure of the hours but they're open now and it's 630pm EST, guessing they close at 8 or 9
