Diamond + Benefits

Technically a fiance is not a spouse in any legal sense of a spousal concept.

The purpose of the relationship recognition is not so it can be abused by people who are not spouses.

While you are at it why not promote claiming that folks are fake military?  Why not promote claiming fake police or fire?

When a program is abused it will lead to honest people that should get a benefit losing out when they close the program because of fakers.

A fiance is not a spouse or the intended purpose of the CAS relationship.

Fluffy is not a service animal even if you put a fake service vest on Fluffy.

You end up hurting the people that truly need the benefit when you promote fakers.

This long post is not accurate.  There are many situations in which a fiancé would also be a legal spouse before the wedding.  Share the same address long enough and a common law marriage exists in many places.  Not to mention Royals policy doesn’t even require marriage.  Just sharing the same address.   You might want to know the correct answer so you don’t give incorrect advice.

CAS is currently rejecting people who call and try to get a fiance into a relationship as reported recently by people who have tried.  Their ship, their rules.

Same address is what they require.  Context is important.   They don’t require marriage verification so they would have zero idea whether a couple is even married or not.  Lots of women keep their maiden name.  All they require is that you share the same address.   Their rules.

Thanks, yes they getting married this fall so I guess they need to wait till then to sail LOL

If they are getting married then just call C&A and have them linked as their significant other.  marriage is not a requirement.  She will then be able to share the perks and join him in the lounge
