Travelling on Liberty on Sunday, in a suite.

 

Haven't heard from suite concierge yet.

 

When should I expect to hear?

4-7 days prior to the cruise

I always get my email on the Monday before...sooo...guessing you will hear from them today at some point.

You’ll either hear from them today or tomorrow. That has always been our experience.

Just heard from ours today for sailing on Harmony this coming Sunday. How long do they typically take to respond when you email them to set up some reservations?

Our concierge reached out 10 days prior for our cruise leaving a week from today. They responded next day to my email inquiry. In the past it's been hit or miss on receiving any communication.

We always get a email approximately 5 days before sailing and they reply promptly to email questions, have fun on Liberty, sailed her a couple of times.

If you respond to their email usually they're quick getting back to you.

Not our first time in a Jr suite and never remember hearing from a concierge? Is Jr suite included in this?

We are on AOS if that makes a difference.

Check you spam as well....I sail on Serenade on Sunday and just go concierge email around 8:30 EST tonight.

Thanks all.  We heard from them yesterday and they've confirmed all our reservations today, so all good to go!

 

So excited - it's our first cruise in 12 years and the first our girls will have been on so very high levels of excitement in the house now...
