OBC as part of HIA.

We are considering a cruise with the HIA package. Part of this package is an OBC of $150. Do you know of this $ 150 is per person or per cabin? Tried to call the HAL but did not succeed in contacting anyone.

It is per stateroom.

HAL needs to assign version numbers to its HIA.  Then you can go to Wikipedia to look up your perks.  It is getting a little silly.  I wish they would simply offer a menu to choose from.
