They're still understaffed, with specialty dining venues closed every other night, but hey...we're filming a new TV show with a fake cruise director, and fake bartender.

At least on REGAL both are open daily.

That's good to know.

Someone currently on the Ruby stated that they still don't have both venues open. I believe that it's been that way since at least April.

JP must have a very thick skin.  Outside of Princess, I don't think many really care for what he is doing for her passengers.  

 

My wish:  Jan Swartz stayed and Holland was assigned to JP.  Imagine what he could have done for THAT brand.

The Ruby Princess has countless complaints as you and others have noted.  The Captain is responsible for the staff and running of the ship.
