Wonderful review .

However, as a Dairy Intolerant person, I am disappointed to see that the Murano menu does not display food allergies.

I always pre order the night before in the MDR.

Just wonder what happens in Murano, as dining is ‘one off.’

If you visit any of the speciality restaurants the day before you intend to dine they will go through the menu with you. They will indicate options suitable, choices that can be modified and suggest alternatives they can offer.

 

If you don’t discuss before visiting then it can be difficult for them to modify or arrange alternatives last minute.

Stop by the day before or earlier in the day.    They will also do it ad hoc as they have their own kitchen.

I see from our national press that Silhouette has a busy programme out of Southampton in 2023.
