Rare Ethanol95 Posted October 28, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 28, 2022 Hello! I'm trying to recognize my parent's CAS status as they have sailed Royal almost as much as me and I'm Diamond already. But because they are tech dinosaurs, is there anyone i can email regarding tying up their last name and reservation number to their lifelong CAS number? You'll get a much faster response if you DM them on FB. Use "Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor Society" to search for them.

Set up a Royal/C&A log in information, and when you log in on their behalf, there's a place to enter any missing cruises. However, you should be armed with specifics, e.g., Ship's name, date of sail. etc. Can't recall if it requires a booking #.
