Hello! I'm trying to recognize my parent's CAS status as they have sailed Royal almost as much as me and I'm Diamond already. But because they are tech dinosaurs, is there anyone i can email regarding tying up their last name and reservation number to their lifelong CAS number?

You'll get a much faster response if you DM them on FB. Use "Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor Society" to search for them.

You could do it on their behalf.  Set up a Royal/C&A log in information, and when you log in on their behalf, there's a place to enter any missing cruises.  However, you should be armed with specifics, e.g., Ship's name, date of sail. etc.  Can't recall if it requires a booking #.
