What makes me nervous is that refunds posted for all except one of the 11/18 items and 2 out of the 5 on 11/23. Why would some post and not others? Crossing my fingers they post soon. Phils01 Posted December 5, 2022 #69 Share Posted December 5, 2022 I just phoned about refunds from 20th Nov I was told there was a 30-45 day wait for refunds Told him I wasn’t impressed that they take my money immediately but refunds take so long to get back. As he laughed it off (yes - laughed) I cut him short and told him I didn’t find it remotely funny at all and didn’t appreciate him laughing about the situation. still no further forward and got to wait another 15 days 🤷♂️ Made me feel better I left a rubbish review for him on the survey Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
