Is this menu @ Le Petit Chef new?

I’m sailing on the Millennium in April and just saw the Le Petit Chef Menu divided into these courses:

History

Tartlet of Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes

Art

Poached Shrimp and Persian Cucumber Salad

Love

Braised Short Rib of Beef

Technique

Strawberry Chantilly Napoleon

I’ve never tried LPC, but this seems like a new menu. Have anyone tried this menu?

I doesn't seem like a menu worthy of a $55pp unless you really love cartoons!

I had that menu last year on Summit.  The tomato tartlet was one of the best appetizers I’ve ever eaten while on a ship and the short ribs were excellent.  I’ve had other menus at LPC and in my opinion this menu was better than the other 2 I’ve experienced.

That menu doesn’t look familiar and we did it last year on summit also, we were talking to another couple and they went twice one menu had lobster . We are in royal suite in March will do it at least once on summit again.

We were on a 9 night cruise.  The menu changed mid week from the “lobster menu” (which we had already done on a previous cruise) to this menu.  We were excited for the new menu.  I’m not sure how often they change the menu mid cruise anymore.  Our Beyond cruise (10 nights) last October did not change the menu for LPC at all during the entire cruise.  At the time we were told it’s all up to the chef as to whether the menu changes.  Every time we’ve done LPC (3 times total) we were in a RS so they dinner was complimentary.  I know I would not have done LPC three times if I had to pay extra for it.

We did this LPC show on Millennium in July  and really enjoyed it. It seems like with each new menu/show release the graphics and imagery are getting more advanced.

I agree with the comment above that the tomato tart was one of the best starters on the ship and my husband still talks about the short ribs.

If I remember correctly, on the alternate menu there was also a cured salmon starter and branzino entree that were both very good too and our server was fine with us getting multiple dishes (so we each got a tomato tart and then also got an order of the salmon to split).
