I was having that issue recently, but I figured it had something to do with the next tier I was achieving. Thought maybe they were doing something with it. Snoopycollector Posted February 6, 2023 #4 Share Posted February 6, 2023 I was having this problem also - there are several threads here that indicate MANY have been having this problem. Log into RCCL -- go to your profile -- erase your C&A number, and then re-type it in again and then save.
