Casino closed in all ports?

Not sure about Bermuda but a few years ago I thought the cruise lines were trying to get it where they could still be open when docked there. 

 

On a related subject, we were on the Oasis a couple of weeks ago and when we were at Roatan the casino stayed open the whole time. I haven't seen that at a port before.

Several years ago Bermuda passed legislation allowing cruise ships to open their casinos later in the evening, but the cruise line has to pay the Bermudian gov’t for a license to do this. Celebrity did last time I sailed there in 2017 and the casino did open at 9pm while in port. I’ll venture to guess that it still holds true today.
