Suite Question

We are going to be staying in a two bedroom family suite on Enchantment. One of the phone agents claimed we get bottled water throughout the cruise in the suite. Is this true? We don’t have a drink package.

I never heard of this. Oasis class the suite lounge has bottled water etc from 11 am, but not enchantment.  Grab extra water in the evening happy hour?

Which cabin is it?
 

The agents on the phone often don’t know the situation on the ship.  I don’t think you will.  You can maybe get some in the suite lounge and stock up a bit.

The agent was wrong. You'd have to get water during the happy hour.

We have had water bottles replenished each day beside our Lavazza coffee machine in our suite but they are supposed to be for the coffee.  Our cabin steward left bottles each day when he replenished the pods.

The suite lounge guy will give you whatever you want unopened.  Beer,  soda,  water.

We always got a liter of water but it wasn’t replenished, agree get water from happy hour and bring it back to your suite.

I have never seen this before. You must have gotten an ambitious room steward.

On our last cruise, we had two fresh bottles of Evan each day on the Quantum. Never really had that before.
