How do I find my OBC balance?

I have downloaded the 

Celebrity X app and  it shows the 1 reservation I have made.

I don’t see it in the app.  If you go to your account on the website select your cruise and look at Plan Cruise you will see your OBC balance.

Have you looked on the website? Once your logged in, click on manage reservation, then plan my cruise. You'll see your Celebrity OBC in the upper right hand side.

ON the website you can go to Plan My cruise and select any category e.g. drinks and it will show in top right corner next to you your initials.   Under your initials you can also choose view purchase history.

 

Refundable OBC will not show until on the ship.

I bought OBC through the Blue Chip agent.  I guess this is consider refundable OBC so that is the reason I can't see it?  I see the internet package and excursions I purchased through them, but not the OBC.  TIA

None of the refundable OBC will show in your account until you're on the ship. Any OBC issued from X will show on the website.
