Health Questionnaire

I did the app check in and we are "green".  However, I don't remember filling out the healh

questionnaire and can't find it anywhere on the app.  Does "green" mean I have filled it out?

If not, where can I find it on the app.  Thank you!  We are on the 3/18 Ruby sailing.

There is no longer a health questionnaire for most cruises.

Same as others have said, they aren’t doing one anymore.

The "Wellness Check" is still needed on cruises in Australia with the note:

 

"As a government requirement for this voyage, you'll need to review and complete the below forms..."

 

The forms are a questionnaire and you need to upload the negative results of your self administered covid test.
