Any Saragassum on Caribbean islands?

Anyone sailing in the Southern Caribbean seeing signs of Sargassum/seaweed washing up in large quantities on the beaches of islands in the Caribbean. Heard reports that Barbados is bad

On our Feb 15-Mar 8 cruise, I saw it at Carambola Beach St Kitts. Nothing was present at Grote Knip beach in Curacao, and it was clear at Bajari Beach Grand Turk.

There can be sea grass of many species washing up on any beach in the world.

Currently at sea.  The beaches at Half Moon Cay and the portions I can see in the Dominican Republic look pristine as usual!

It’s everywhere already, beaches that face eastward are more likely to see more then other directions, but even as you cruise you will see large patches, but not the massive swaths predicted in the near future.

You can add Grand Turk the list of beaches that is clean, clear, and beautiful.  No seaweed in sight!
