You would be best to download the Celebrity App and select restaurants  -  They will indicate the price.   You can also go online and choose manage reservations and choose Specialty -  They offer discounts prior to sailing.

The specialty restaurants are different for different ships and the cost varies.

Suggest you go to your ship on the website.

The price ranges from $45 pp -$75 pp plus 18% gratuity.  Different ships have different restaurants.

The speciality dining packages save you a little bit of money and you can try a few different restaurants during your journey; seafood, steaks, Italian etc.  Enjoy.😋

We take the dining package and have dinner nightly in the specialty restaurants.  So much better IMO the all of the regular and suite dining rooms.  This past cruise we were disappointed at the rooftop grill on the Apex.  Poor service.  People using the restaurant as a public area walking in-between the tables to get to different parts of the rooftop.  This area should be cordoned off to prevent this.
