Do you have a link as when I go to my account I don't see "View Itineraries."

The offer has to be there in order to see the link. I've already used DH's offer so it is gone and mine never was there. As I recall, a lot of summer and December cruises were excluded.

Before the disappearance mine also had a trade in value of $500.

For those of you who haven’t gotten their annual yet just go ahead, get some dates in mind and call them.

My husband hasn’t gotten his but when we talked to them yesterday they could see his annual on their end so it was available to use!! (I had already used mine)

(there is a list of cruises that are excluded……mostly June, July and December…so keep that in mind)

I just did this.  I wouldn't wait - I am applying my Prime (interior) cruise to an existing balcony booking I made specifically to use this Cruise in November.  The price difference between interior and balcony has gone up $600 since I booked it a month ago and even $100 more since I called on Monday (when they wouldn't let me use the certificate)....frustrating!

Mine showed up yesterday and I booked it today.  Used it on an existing 7 night reservation I had booked over a month ago specifically for the offer. Had the same list of exclusions that was posted above. Our reservation was on the Anthem out of Southampton in August.

Is there a time limit that you have to book and also for the sail date?

There is no time limit other than you have to use the free cruise by March 31 of the following year which in this case is 3/31/2024.  I don't know if the cruise has to finish by that date or if you can board on 3/31/2024 and still be good to go.

As long as the rules didn't change this year, the sail date must be on or before 3.31.24

Would anyone know if you can use your free annual cruise certificate at Next Cruise onboard and receive the OBC for that reservation?

I believe any $ off and or free cruises need to go thru the Casino desk stateside.

You may be able to get a Next Cruise certificate and get the on board OBC.

No, they are not permitting the booking at next cruise either in person/or buy now pay later voucher to be used with the annual tier this year.

Still applies to the instant certificates, and the online offers - Just not the annual tier cruise.

Does it have to be a new booking.  I have a booking for October and was wondering if I can apply the annual free sail to the booking.

I have done this in the past but not sure they will allow it these days.  They seem to be adding so many restrictions lately.  My concern would be that they would charge you a cancellation fee (even though you’re not actually cancelling) for a rebooking….but I could be wrong.  If you try it, let us know what happened.

You sure can!  I did that for my November cruise!

Thanks.   I'll have to determine what is more advantageous the $500 trade value or the price difference between an inside and a CP balcony cabin.  In consideration would be the $100 cancelation fee, any increase in the cruise fare, etc.  My CP balcony has a solo supplement and a C&A balcony discount.

Yes, the problem is that it is repriced.  It is not cancelled and rebooked, but it is repriced at prevailing rates.   I have an OV balcony and it cost me $1k to upgrade from interior with the certificate because the price difference has doubled since I first booked.  But I had to wait until the certificate was released….I always monitor to see if the price difference decreases though  (until final payment date)!
