Rare vacationlover_mn Posted July 19, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2023 Just curious, for those of you have done an 8+ night cruise since they started the new menu, do they have additional theme nights? I’m all booked if through 2025, so this is purely a just “curiosity” question 🙂
fpcruiser Posted July 19, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 19, 2023 Nope, just repeat some of the same ones. These were on an 8 night and 10 night.
schlimazel_traveler Posted July 19, 2023 #3 Share Posted July 19, 2023 There were some theme nights on our 12-nighter in January that I'm not seeing on our upcoming 9-nighter, so I think they may have some menus that only get used on the longer cruises. I'm a little disappointed! I was looking forward to the Sticky Toffee Pudding!

But now they have at least 12-13 different menus so you probably won't see any repeats.
Another_Critic Posted July 19, 2023 #6 Share Posted July 19, 2023 First time experience for me with the new menus was an 11-nighter. While the menus were different every night, some of the choices were repeats from another menu. Will be on a 15-nighter in October, so it will be interesting to see how the menus vary.

Rare orville99 Posted July 19, 2023 #8 Share Posted July 19, 2023 Someone recently posted from a 15 night Panama Canal cruise that had a different menu for each night, so the menus do exist. How or whether a ship uses all of those menus is a different matter.

babchia Posted July 20, 2023 #11 Share Posted July 20, 2023 I have a 14 night cruise coming up in a couple of months and have been working on the menu question for awhile. The same ship I will be on just recently had a 12 night cruise and had different menus for each night. Someone mentioned somewhere that there may be as many as 20 menus available. Checking around, I found a certain Royal Caribbean Blog website had most of the known menus available for download. I found two more this morning on another (unnamed) website group page posting. The menus that I am aware of (so far) are: *Welcome Aboard (usually first night) *A Taste of France (usually first formal night) *A Taste of the Caribbean *A Taste of the USA *A Taste of Mexico *A Taste of Italy *A Taste of the Mediterranean *A Taste of Royal History *A Taste of Asia *A Taste of the UK / British *Welcome to Royal Night (usually second formal night) *Welcome to Bon Voyage (usually last night) Jim
Rare island lady Posted July 20, 2023 #12 Share Posted July 20, 2023 Boarding for the WC in December. Will be very interesting the menu selections on that one. 😉 In a perfect world, it would be nice if they featured the country they visit for some local flavor. Not sure if they will do that.
