Wonder how this will play out.

We have a 10day followed by a 15day B2B booked this month. I re-fared a few times and ended up with the $60 on the first leg and $50 on the second. The app shows as a 25day which it was also sold as. What would happen if we don't use our 2 casual meals on the first, think it will carry over? We plan on just activating one of our accounts to Oceans Now ( use it primarily to order room beers ) if the crack IT medallion catches the change. Any experiences with having split packages?

My money is on it not carrying over.

It might be sold as a 25 day but the reality is that it is two cruises... a 10 day and a 15 day. I suspect that their systems will zero out your account at the end of the first segment and start again for the 2nd. I suspect that no benefits from the first segment will carry to the second.

I have never done a B2B so I really don't know what I am talking about (no need to tell me!) but I am just thinking aloud.

Am I wrong?

We were on a cruise tour this past summer--land, northbound cruise to Whittier followed by a southbound cruise back to Vancouver.  Had Plus package on the northbound, standard on the southbound.  We used the same medallion and were in the same stateroom--accounts weren't zeroed out (still showed charges made on the first 7 cruise days) but did not have any of the Plus package.

We weren't expecting to roll over our package to the new booking but these two cruises were booked as separate cruises.  Were able to get shareholders OBC for each segment.

I don't know if the "2 casual meals" would carry over, but I've done several B2bs with two booking numbers, but one continuous cruise.  Each time unused OBC from the first leg has seamlessly rolled over to the second leg and additional OBC has sometimes been added for the second leg.  The only thing that doesn't roll over is any casino credit you might have. That needs to be cashed out at the end of each leg.

If you have two booking numbers, you can get 2X shareholder OBC as well.

You have two bookings.  You have two free Casual Dining credits on first segment.  I don't see how that would be possible - to defer them to second leg as you will no longer have the benefit available.

@Yehootu, the APP will show all B2B as one cruise, no matter how it was booked, separately or as one cruise even if it could be booked as separate segments. You were not clear if you have ‘Plus’ for both segments, but my guess is if you did not use the 2 casual in the first booking, they would NOT roll over. Yes, your folio rolls over and any OBC not used.

Instead of using room service for beers, or waters, we just order an extra to go, unopened, when we leave a bar headed for the cabin.  On of each, each.  That way we build up some handy beverages in the cabin refer.

Why not ordering via Ocean Now?

I hope you filled your fridge on the northbound leg with enough to drink on the southbound leg.

While my wife is just hanging around the cabin, she likes her quiet time, she'll order 8 beers at a time from (before Room Service on the TV) Oceansnow. I don't anticipate the casual dining rolling over. We've done B2B before and had out OBC rollover to 2nd leg as well as having more added along with our CCL stock benefit. WE have Plus $60 on first leg and Plus $50 on 2nd.
