Celebrity Drink Package - Price match sale price

Hey cruisers, I purchased a drink package on Celebrity a few months ago.  They are currently offering a great black Friday discount, which is quite a bit less than I paid previously.  Will they price match that and I can get a credit or refund?  If not, I saw that you can cancel at any time - so do I cancel and then rebook at the lower rate?

Yes - you can cancel and rebook at the current lower price. This can be done through the planner.  They will credit the original purchase and recharge the new price to your credit card.

 

Note that this thread will likely be moved to the Celebrity board.

I cancelled and rebooked and saved quite a lot of money. Refund from celebrity for original package was credited within the week.

I'm still waiting for my refund from 11/08. I may call Monday and be sure X actually made the cancellation that they claimed they did. (I  have a confirmation from X.)
