Red box telling me to change my email address..

Are you referring to the following Announcements in the upper right corner of some of the Cruise Critic pages?

Click the little white arrow and you will see the following:

Nope, not at this time. As stated, Cruise Critic will let us know when it is fixed. And then any member can change their email address if needed. But until then, all we can do is wait.

There is nothing you need to do because your email of record is the one you are currently using. Some people have old inoperable email addresses attached to their accounts. They will need to change them when the problem referred to in the red box is fixed.

Email CC Help Michell, Senior Community Support Specialist, at help@cruisecritic.com. Please send the email from your current Cruise Critic email address of record and be sure to mention your Cruise Critic user name and ALL email addresses. Also, please include helpful information such as device, browser, and screen shots if possible.
