TexasWolfpack Posted April 12 #1 Share Posted April 12 Took Wind Surf from 3/23-3/30 in the Antilles. Very choppy seas and too many renderings. Our final bill was incorrect and included a charge for a laundry bag which was supposed to be free. The GM James Deering said he would fix it. Mr. Deering is excellent by the way. It's two weeks later. Nothing has happened. Not even the undisputed refund of $157.55. Called Guest Relations and got put on interminable hold. Not a positive customer service experience.
